97% IS NOT A LOCK,

a lock is when you do not even turn the tv on, since it's a 100 % win, or after you get your ticket, you just stand at the payout window for 3 hours so you are first in line.  with that said even if you are 97% correnct, no such thing as a lock.  I sure hope nobody got hurt on this, I could't sleep at night if I was in CJACKS shoes
