He's beefed up a little, but if anybody was throwing punches it probably wasn't him. Nothing will come of this, like Freek said in BR this is a common occurance. And when I say common I mean 4-5 nights a week. BRPD parks 2 or 3 units on the median that separate the street where ppl wallk across to go from one bar to another just for this reason.

I may have spoken too soon. This article says 4 people went to the hospital contridicting previous accounts. LSU game has been taken off the board again. When it comes back up, if JJ is suspended, we might be a favorite. J/k. But fuck, this may not end well.

Spoke top BRPD spokesman Sgt. Don Stone again and got more info on #LSU's Jordan Jefferson and others involved in a bar fight Friday.
Stone said as of 5:22 p.m.mno arrests have been made, but that doesn’t mean this is going away quietly.
Stone: “Investigators are out there & will be until they get to the bottom of this.They’re riding around & talking to witnesses & victims.
Stone about the possibilty of charges coming down soon: “If the probable cause is there, yes."
Stone: "If the investigators finish their investigation and find cause to make an arrest, that’s what they’ll do."
Stone: “We’ve got four people who went to the hospital because they sustained injuries from being involved in a fight."
Stone: "So we know someone battered somebody.” He said the four taken to the hospital can still ask BRPD to not press charges at any time.
Stone: "But the four people involved are being very cooperative and are indicating they want us to press charges.”
Still no indication of who the attackers were. Allegedly (according to Tiger Rant sources/witnesses), Jefferson kicked a Marine in the face while he was down on the ground.
edit: WAFB confirms the story posted on Tiger Rant of players pulling the man from the truck.

Several people who claim to have witnessed the incident tell 9NEWS that a young man driving a truck blew his horn to get a group of people blocking the driveway to move. That's when they say a group of people pulled the driver out of the truck and began beating him. When a friend of the driver, a Marine who had just returned from training, ran to assist the driver, he was also beaten and thrown to the ground. Five people who claim to have witnessed the incident say LSU quarterback Jordan Jefferson then kicked the Marine in the head. Baton Rouge Police would not say if they have heard similar accounts. They say investigators are still interviewing witnesses and have not yet filed any written notes.
