Rutgers is 9-5 ats after beating a non-major at home and their biggest loss was 11 points at Wisconsin. That includes a 3 point loss at home to Penn St, a 7 point loss at Michigan and a 10 point loss at home vs Iowa. They seem to play pretty damn good after. I think there is value vs an overrated Indiana team
