Crown of the helmet call is why they get 7 instead of 3,,, what a fn' joke,,,, football pussfication at its finest, it make me gag up stomach bile every time I hear a "Players safety comes first" pansy call like that determine one of my bets... I have Cal +21 @ +110 first half, and I just know that tampon call is going to cost me.

Couldn't agree more. Really think NCAA and NFL both need to take a look at how they call those personal foul calls. I get the getting a defenseless player up high around the neck/head but officials need to take their time throwing those flags. So many helmet-to-helmet calls when the offensive player lowers his head AFTER the defender is coming in for the hit. How are you supposed to avoid that?

Ducks giving up 51 last week wasn't a fluke. They are thin at DL more guys are dropping as we speak. As good as their offense is, the defense is on the field so much that they hardly get a chance to rest. All the takeaways and sacks come when the game is in hand in the 2nd half and teams are forced to throw all day. It's easy to play defense when you can pin your ears back and play coverage underneath
