Rutgers and VT is a tough call
in my opinion Rutgers "D" is slightly better the only advantage i see is if rutgers has some exposure on stopping the run but the pass "D" is pretty darn good. VT is more pass oriented adn there "D" is better at stopping the run. and the caliber of teams these two teams is coin flip pending where you put your alligance with the divisions. I think Rutgers has played an over all tougher schedule but you cant over look how VT played the seminoiles. wouldnt be surprised to see a 24-21 game. question is will it get that way from an OT or strait on regulation.
for Texas Tech. they are fast and proficient and very difficult to keep pace with. MN they are a scrappy team but they are lucky to even be in the bowl period. yes minie played some quality teams add lost if which too only scored 30+ points 3x this year. they will have to score more than that to try and push or even cover against TT.
