This one jumped out to me first on the card, so I'm gonna go with it.  I held back because The Owls can't seem to beat anyone by more than a FG.  Here I thing the situation will be different.  My reasoning here is simple...I'll take the Temple defense here to shut down the Buffalo attack.  I also look for Temple to make a statement here as they make a charge at the MAC title game.

OKLAHOMA -3

Yea Yea...I know.  Going against two undefeated home dogs in the same conference seems like certain suicide, but this line is too good to be true.  Call me the biggest fish on the line, but OU should be favored by a TD here.  I feel like a big fat rat who just stole the cheese from the mousetrap...CHOMP CHOMP...SOONERS easy!!!

About the oklahoma game.... Missouri hasn't beaten oklahoma since 98 and oklahoma has beaten them by large margins. Oklahoma is looking really good after pounding iowa state 52-0. The sooners have always been very strong at home but so far this season they've been on the road once and it was a close call against a cincinatti team. Oklahoma's pass game should score huge numbers against Missouri but the line doesn't seem right. The line almost never influences me to the point I'm thinking about traps and those nonsense. But this game is very odd. I'm probably going to play Oklahoma and I just wanted to see if you have any more insight on this game. BOL and keep rolling!

Two jumped out at me right away...

NEBRASKA -6

Not thrilled with putting my coin on a team coming off such an awful performance...BUT...I look for a bounce back in this spot vs. a OK ST. team that is undefeated, but ripe for the picking.  Forget the fact that OK ST. just held Texas Tech to 17 points, the Cowboy defense is simply not that good.  After looking lost vs Texas, the Nebraska offense should be able to get back into gear against this group.  On the other side of the ball, OK ST is # 3 in the country at scoring offense...however, their success has come at the hands of some awful defensive squads.  While Nebraska looked bad last week, their hallmark defense had a solid game, holding Texas to only 62 yards passing.  Nebraska will right the ship en route to an easy cover.

TEXAS TECH -1

As I said above, I'm trying to not over think things.  This game for me is very simple.  While Texas Tech may not be a very good team, they are on par with Baylor...maybe slightly better.  Baylor just beat Colorado last week, in a game that was nowhere as close as the score indicated.  Colorado is straight up dog crap.  I'll take the Red Raiders in a similar spot to last weeks Baylor pick.  It almost seems too easy.

I agree with your Nebraska assesment, but how can a one score game not be as close as the score indicated when Colorado had the ball on the Baylor 19 with a chance to win the game??  Colorado also had the lead at halftime?  Not as close?  Sorry but thats wrong.  Also, Tech lost to Baylor, so they are NOT on par with Baylor and they lost to Iowa State on the road.

This is a bad spot for Tech, they are not good on the road, Colorado may be dogshit, but Tech has lost to a far worse team on the road already this year.  BOL

I watched that CU vs. Baylor game as well, I was at the game.  That being said, I'm not a homer, I live in Colorado but haven't been a fan of CU since Hawkins took over.  The one thing CU struggles with is running QB's and Griffin tore them up. 

Tech's offense won't bother them, I think Hawaii has a better passing game than Tech, and CU handled it just fine, they actually handled Missouri's offense pretty easily, they just couldn't move the ball on offense.  Tech's D is exactly the type of D that Colorado's offense will move the ball against. 

I'll obviously be on the other side, but again betting on a Hawkins team could be a disaster.  BOL
