Wednesday's play is:

Miami (Ohio) ML -120 for 40 units... In 6 road games this season the Western Michigan Bronco's have been out gained, outscored and basically out played. They have allowed 3052 total yards of offense to their opponents on the road this season in 6 games for an average of 508 yards per game. They just allowed 804 yards to Toledo in their last road game just 8 days ago. Before that they were currently allowing 450 yards per game on the road. There is lots to play for for as both teams need 2 more wins to become bowl eligible. Western Michigan is carrying a weak list of wins into this game as their 5 wins have come against defense's that rank 119, 81, 52, 92 & FCS school Nicholls state. Not exactly a strong case to be made here for the Bronco's who brings in that 109th ranked defense. Very strong play tonight on Zac Dysert & that 35th ranked defense to give the Bronco's troubles....POD 


This spread is pretty retarded IMO and should be closer to a TD or MORE!!!

Ahh I disagree with you for once here. Carder is the superior QB here, I think they score everytime they have the ball really. Miami Ohios home record is good because of playing teams like Akron, Buffalo and Army. Western Michigan comes to play tonight after losing a squeeker against Toledo last week

If he is so superior then what happened @ EMU threw for just 181 yards or what about his 194 yards against the absolutely horrible defense of Northern Illinois. The same thing goes for Carder as he has only had success against inferior teams, hence my comments above stating their wins have come against defenses ranked 119, 81, 52, 92 & FCS school Nicholls state. I'll tell why they struggle against the tougher teams. They have absolutely no help for Carder in the run game ranked 89th averaging just 124 yards per game. The Western Michigan Bronco's offense is about as predictable as they come these days as Carder has completed 43% of his completed passes to just one player (Jordan White). Miami (Ohio) defends the pass very well as they rank 7th in pass defense only allowing 171 yards per game. That's something none of Western Michigan's opponents they have beat up to this point can say as their wins came against pass defense's ranked 112, 42, 111, 79 & Nicholls State. There's absolutely nothing adding up here for a case that make's any sense for Western Michigan. I think most people forget that this Miami (Ohio) defense is the same defense that traveled to Missouri in their 1st game of the year where they held the offensively 12th ranked Tiger's to just 291 yards and just 129 yards came in the air. The Miami (Ohio) team is way better than most give them credit for as a TEAM and I think the books have this number way wrong...


Zac Dysert is no slouch at completing passes him self and his defense should help put him in great position's tonight....

With all due respect, I also disagree with Miami (Ohio).  Western Michigan is just flat out the better team here.  The Western Division of the MAC is considerably better than the East.  If the Broncos played in the East, they'd win win that division.

Western Michigan's road games have come against Michigan, Illinois, Northern Illinois (best team in the MAC), Toledo (2nd best team in the MAC) and Eastern Michigan (better than Miami (Ohio)).  In other words, Western Michigan's road record is much more a function of who they've played rather than where they've played.

I agree that the line is a little off because the wrong team is favored here.  Western Michigan is the play here in my humble opinion.

If your not already on them for the game then yes. I just don't want to double dip. I would preffer the 2nd half ML @ + money instead though...
