You know, I have been a member of this forum for a couple of years now, and I only have a little over a hundred posts.  The reason is that everytime I post a play, I freakin lose and it's just plain bad luck for me.  With that being said...I am seriously leaning towards Ball St. in this game for the simpliest of reasons.  I think it's a trap game for Central!  They have to face NO. ILL next week, which is a huge game for them.  Ball St. hung with NO. ILL. last week pretty tough and despite the stats, looked fair.  And what's up with the late line movement.  This line dropped from 17.5 to 14.5 in a single day?  what does this mean?  late money on Ball St. ?  Technically that's how you have to view it......DAMN.... now I have no idea who to bet?   Anyways the reason I posted what to get some real discussion started on this game.  Any input would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Believe this is also the fourth straight road game for Central...  They gott be beat! four away games in a month.  Don't they just go for the W and get the hell outta dodge ?  Still leaning Ball St....  Central wins and that pretty much locks up the MAC western division and puts them against Temple for the MAC Championship.

bumped up to -17.5
now -14.5
at kick-off maybe -14, -13.5

Ball State is the answer.

IMO...Take 14 points at home with Ball State. CMU will wins this game, but it going to be very close. Let's me get some more research on it....

CMU looks pretty solid against a weaker Ball State team.  Ball State is not the team they where last year.
Gambling is only a problem when your losing!

Ball State is a live dog. It has been covering well the last two games.

Ball State covered all three times as DD dog.

The line is +14.5 now. It might drop down to 14 tomorrow.

To me, 14 is the critical number and where is should be because Ball State is at HOME

just go with your guts fk the reverse line movement!! it doesn't hit all the time!! just think of what happend to the browns this past monday!! go with the better team!! central BIG!!!

Central Michigan......some of you seriously haven't caught on to how good they are yet? All they do is put up a crap load of points and play good defense. I don't like laying big numbers, especially weekday games, but if this thing hits 14 then I'm loading up on CMU. Somebody said it opened at -11.5?? Hmmm....you sure? If I saw that number, I would have dropped my life on it.

Ball St is improved and they have covered later in this season, but that vs. weaker opponents. CMU should roll in this game, much like they did vs. Toledo.

ball st lost to new hampshire first game of season but still.

no ill is not good they ran on national tv vs a terrible e.mich team

ball st will not be able to hang...didnt cmu have 49 unanswered vs toldeo

Agree. There are alot of people saying the lines are very generous this week and there is alot of money to be made makes me think Vegas knows something we dont and will kill it. Might fade the public the whole week.

I the only thought i have on this game is this.  First, who is better? CMU much better.  Second, Ball State is as bad as Cleveland Browns! Do you want to put your money on CMU to score or do you want to put your money on Ball State to keep it close.  Who do you trust?  My money is on CMU.  Can't trust Ball State to score more than 7. If I am wrong, and I had to chose a similar game again, I would still chose a team that is proven vs. let's hope a team can keep it close every time.

As do I CMU is a very underrated team....(Respect ???) in general.I truly do not believe this line is high enough at all, they cover by 10 -13 pts...

NIU IS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BALL CLUB. BALL ST DOESN MATCHUP WELL WITH CMU.

Ball State been playing okay to keep themselves in the game. Vegas is begging you guys to pick CM, but good luck and beware of the ZEBRAS

I agree that I would rather put my money on a good CMU team to score rather than a bad Ball St. team to try and keep it close.  I just feel there is a better chance of CMU keeping that offense rolling, causing a few TO and rolling in this game
