He started a thread with lots of traffic in it, he’s super in the know & everybody knows his “x’s & o’s” prowess
He will be our savior, we will wait for him to post , then post his plays as our own & we should be golden

just straight toast & sliced avocado, I generally eat avocado by itself with meals but for breakfast I’ll mix in some toast & some egg white
I’ll have to give the lemon juice a try, did you like your combo?
Yes it was good. Sliced the avocado and put it in a bowl, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and a dash of salt. Mashed it up a little, left some chunks then spread on toast. Was plenty for 2 pieces of bread
