If you break it down, Butler matches up better with Duke then they did with Syracuse and Mich St.  It's going to be slow with heavy D....Duke is no match !!!

Hayward and Howard are the real deal and they deserve more credit then they get.  Look at the past 12 games...Butler has beatin much much much more solid teams then Duke.  As far as I'm concerned, Duke is overrated...yes overated.  If Duke was playing Syracuse or Kansas or Kentucky..they would be under dogs

Some of you need a clue before you put this crap out there! Butler choked in their last game against Mich. St. The only difference is that Mich. St. choked just a little worse.

There is no way that Butler will not buckle under this pressure tonight!!

Thanks for the insight man but lets break it down to this scenario: would you have taken Butler over West Virginia?  I don't think so. West Virginia knocked out Kentucky then dismantled by Duke...

butler scores with more ease than wvu does, they just had off game against msu and still won...

butler matches up very well with wvu actually. both play d and rebound, plus wvu can't score.

What would the line be if Butler was playing West Virginia? My answer WV by 4. Duke beat those clowns by 21 and Butler shot 30% from the field in there last game and has only won there last five by a total of 15. BLOW OUT.

No they can score. they scored 73 vs. Kentucky, 68,69 vs. wash and mizzou...they just couldn't scored against Duke in the 2nd h. 

Don't get me wrong man. I think it could be anybody's game when it comes to -7 but when it comes to arguments about SU, I don't see much on the side of Butler.

Anyhow, 7 is alot. I'm still undecided bc. I think the line is a bit Inflated due to the asswhooping Duke gave last game but if anyone can blow another team out in the 2nd half, it'll be Duke.

i find all of these comments about duke blowing butler out of the water humorous. before the tournament started who had duke in the championship game? pretty much nobody, same with butler. so why all of a sudden so confident towards them? look at it this way... if this were a regular season game or a first round game, would you be saying duke kills butler? i don't think so. in fact, I bet you would think it is too many points to be laying. butler has gone through much tougher competition to get where they are. duke has had two hard games, (baylor and wvu). they could have easily lost the baylor game had the refs been fair. you better hope the refs are unfair again tonight cause butler will be ready to play. 

it should be noted that both washington and mizzou play very up tempo games and have many high scoring affairs

I love it...90% of this board is on Duke and 95% of this board loses $$$$ consistently.

what's funny is that butler actually has a better fg% than duke on the year, yet all people remember is what teams do the previous game. duke rolls and butler plays terrible. did you stop to think that butler probably shot the worst they have all year and still won? and duke shot better than they have most the year. you really think butler is gonna shoot that badly again and duke is gonna shoot lights out again?
