What a freaking matchup. Think I lean Mich. You?

Please enlighten us on how Arizona has “no shot” on winning that game . Sure Michigan is great and I’m not picking a side yet but Arizona having no shot sounds crazy .

I think whoever wins between those two wins it all . Reminds me of the NFC championship game in the nfl whoever was coming out between the rams and Seattle was a hammer in the bowl . I lean Arizona as of right now but I’ll be capping this game in the next few days . BOL . My best buddy is from Arizona and a title is all he wants at this point in his life ![]()

Michigan covers this thing relatively easy. more battle tested, zona non con sched embarrassing. i was more impressed with the big ten than the 12, Hou, kan, tech, iowa state maybe TCU vs iowa ohio st, purdue, ucla, wisky, ILL, sparty and nebraska? Not even close. LFG

Arizona went 7-1 against Top 10 teams, including Florida and UConn. They also beat UCLA and regularly beat Houston and ISU before their top guys got injured. Arizona had a two game stretch of losses in Kansas, and against Texas Tech at home.
Michigan 5-1 against Top 10 teams, but had that loss to Purdue after Purdue's ranking dropped from 8 to 18. They also lost to Wisconsin, who got bounced in the first round by High Point.
However, Michigan does shoot the three much better than Arizona. Both teams are great, but Michigan's size is going to make it more difficult for Arizona to dominate the paint - which I mention because that's how Arizona wins games, by dominating the paint. (If they can't dominate the paint, that's a big problem.)
So as an Arizona alum, I want my Wildcats to win but understand why they're a slight dog. If the game comes down to foul trouble, I just hope the refs call a good game. The middle of Arizona's game against Purdue had some weird stuff, like letting Acuff take 10 steps with one dribble (4 steps before the gather, 6 steps afterward), or calling a moving screen on Awaka when he had his feet set. They started getting calls right after that stretch, but it was a weird stretch.
