2nd half total wise should give value since it's so low scoring. i remeber tulsa as a team who is slow which is why i took 1st half under and I anticipate the 2nd half will have much better scoring

id stay away from 2nd half if anyone already has game bets down.  this seems unpredictable with the style of play, books are asking us to chase with those lines.
