I have been following your thread as well as others on Covers for some time and I truly like the spirit of helping each other out. Therefore I will try to do the same and add to the "intelligence" whenever I can or whenever there is something of use to add. I'm on my lunch break now but I thought i would let you know some of my NBA thoughts.First of all, NYK and PHO should fly OVER the posted total (we currently show 199.5). The Knicks had a short flight and this is a typical letdown spot for them after the emotion from yesterday. On the other hand, they will come to play because they usually do when in Phoenix and they have the better players on paper. But keep in mind that of late the Knicks have NOT shot the 3pt % they started at but at the same time have played teams that defend the 3pt goals very well. This is NOT the case with the Suns as they rank near the bottom in defending the 3pts though have an offense that can also take advantage of 3pt shooting. These two teams match up well so I think both will get to 100 points. Dragic is much younger and quicker than Kidd yet Phoenix has not player that can match the skill of Anthony. Inside play is even and I expect a high paced affair. I think Phoenix might pull off the upset at home as they will be motivated for a strong showing after a home blowout vs. the Clippers but a much safer play is the OVER. I have thoughts on other games as well I just wanted to let you know this one first as its the strongest lean from the inside. CMU and WKU should be more like a pick 'em game so taking the money line is a good play. The 7 point line absolutely does reflect the push that is the most probable outcome but which side is the victor in the end is more of a coin toss than a normal 6.5-7 point line would reflect. | |

I DO AGREE WITH THIS TOTAL THE SUNS SHOOT LIGHTS OUT AT HOME AND THEY PLAY VERY FAST I ALSO LIKE THE SUNS POOLIO MY SYSTEM IS SHOWING GOOD SO FAR ON THE SUNS GAME I WILL LET U KNOW CLOSER TO GAME TIME IF IT CHANGES MY FRIEND SAMETHING WITH UR OTHER PLAYS I WILL CONFIRM ALL UR PLAYS 5 MIN BEFORE GAME TIME

Poor-Derf, not only do i work for a book, i work for a casino. i also do not bet/wager so i have no emotional connection. i am just trying to help and you better believe that the casinos each have people watching threads like these. i happen to be one of them and will comment when i can, get a moment, or have something intelligent to say. I won't sit and give plays, start my own threads and gloat about my record, or, most importantly, jeopardize my job.
that being said, what you believe is up to you and either way i wish everyone the best of luck. the casino sure doesn't need any more of your money so i have no issues sharing what i can with the public.
BOL and if you don't want me to comment i will leave the thread alone.

i'm not due back until 4pm to start tracking the money flow and lines on those games.
that being said, i do have to leave in a few minutes but wanted to alert you to two other games with discrepencies.
the NETS will be without Deron Williams and play a Bucks team that is defensively tough at home. on the other hand, the Bucks do not have much of an up tempo attack nor a three point shooting team. since the NETS will be ok on the inside this should be mostly a half court game meaning a low scoring type of affair. i would side or at least look at the UNDER in this game even though we just dropped it a few points on the news.
lastly, i expected Parsons NOT to play for the Rockets and thus giving a serious advantage to Minnesota. also, not only is Love back, but Rubio will see more minutes. the public is HAMMERING the Rockets yet the line has gone up a half point. this game is similar to OKC/Minn last week just in the reverse way. the Rockets play quite well in Minnesota but i think Rubio will run circles around Lin and the inside game of Minnesota gives them a 10 point victory.
