Does anyone else see the irony here?  Matt Shaw was kicked off the UNLV team for a failed drug test for marijuana, yet wasn't causing any trouble otherwise and Trevon basically tries to choke his girlfriend to death and yet, as far as I know, is still on the team mostly due to the fact he is their best player. 

So the message is:  choking girlfriend is ok if you're the best player; toking a little herb and not causing trouble is not ok
