COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- Sean Mosley scored 20 points, Greivis Vasquez had 15 points and 13 assists, and Maryland rallied from a 15-point deficit to defeat Clemson 88-79 on Wednesday night.

It was the fourth straight victory for the Terrapins, who trailed 31-16 in the 1st half and 52-40 shortly after halftime. Jason Williams scored 18 and Eric Hayes added 15 for Maryland, which solidified its hold on second place in the Atlantic Coast Conference.

The Terrapins (20-7, 10-3) improved to 14-1 at home, including 7-0 in the ACC.

Demontez Stitt led Clemson with 15 points. The Tigers (19-8, 7-6) appeared poised to win a fourth straight ACC game for the first time since 1996-97 before Maryland took control with a 12-0 run.

The Terps trailed 67-65 before Williams made two free throws. Vasquez then drilled a 3-pointer with 7:24 to go, putting Maryland up 70-67 -- its first lead since 14-12

#1.Northwestern-9  even if northwestern dnt make it to the tournament they've had a very successful year and are two wins away from the best year in the history of northwestern basketball tonight they exact some revenge against a subpar iowa team that beat them earlier this year expect the hungary cats to win by double digits

#3.Oregon st +5 well i would just rather just rid of this league but if your gonna play the pac-10 i learn play the best dog against a team in ucla that really doesnt have the firepower to put anybody away and are getting slimmer by the game ucla is too dysfunctional this year to bet on has a favorite and if it was the other way around which i learned in taking oregon st has a favorite b4 (not worth it ) id pick ucla has a dog in this game there pretty even all the way around and home crowd shouldnt be that much of a factor its LA people got better things to do than go out for a bruins game on a week night dont they?

#4. appst -11.5 love them here in this spot there also 14-7 ats and fighting for the southern division regular season championship now that davidson has released the grip on the league atleast for this year i expect app st to come out and dominate with a bunch of more  talented players that can taste it on there home court where there 11-2 versus uchat who 2-9 on the highway
