Neither defense is great, and SHs is really bad. Both teams have a bit of pace to them offensively, and both love to shoot the 3 ball, and do it well. They only played once earlier this year in an Iona 81-69 win, but that was 3 months ago.
1* James Madison Dukes -1.5
They have the advantage of having played a game in this gym last night, and I think they are the better team. They were on a heater until the heartbreak loss in the finale to Coastal, and they made short work of Louisiana yesterday. Southern Miss' offense is terrible, and against this Dukes D that has been playing so well, I don't think they can hang. JMU won the only match up by 8 @ Southern Miss.
1* East Carolina Pirates +9.5
The Pirates have been great at home. Maybe not in the W column, but they've played the top teams in the league really tough. They've covered this number in every home game in conference play. And now add in that they have to win out to even play in the AAC tournament. Currently on the outside looking in. Tulsa is good, but a long way from home, on their second straight roadie, before heading home for senior night. I like the desperation of the Pirates to keep this close.
1*American Eagles +1.5
Immediate revenge for the Eagles here as they lost the finale @ home to BU by 3. American won on the is floor back January, and does it again tonight. They know what they have to do defensively, and take away the 3pt line. If they can do that, they will win this game.
1* Bucknell Bison +14.5
Two things. That's a lot of points in a tournament game. And Bucknell was the one seed in the is tournament last year, and lost to this Navy team. The Bison have a couple starters back from that team. I'd hope they leave it all on the floor tonight, cause this is it for them. They don't win the game, but I think they can keep it to a dozen.

The Hawks got caught lookin ahead to this game, and lost at Penn St. Michigan on the other hand, is off a big win @ Illinois, and hosts Sparty next for their Senior Night. I don't think we see the best that Michigan has to offer tonight. And McCollum will slow things down to a snails pace, in order to keep Michigan out of rhythm on the offensive end. Bennett Stirtz has a big night on his senior night.
1* Arkansas St Red Wolves -6.5
The Wolves ended in the six way tie for second place in the conference, and ended up with the 6 seed. Sucks for Georgia Southern, cause they shouldn't have to play such a good team in the first round. But the talent gap between these two was evident in their first meeting, a Arky St win by 20 or so, and it will be on display again this evening. I'm playing the Wolves alternate line at -10.5 +150 too.
1* South Florida/Memphis Over 161.5
Defense will likely be optional this evening. USF has nothing left to play for as they have clinched the 1 seed in the tournament. Memphis is playing for a spot in the tournament, but they have been for two weeks and that hasn't seemed to mean anything to them. Both teams want to run, and I don't think we see alot of fucks given by either defense. We know Memphis doesn't care to guard, and why should the Bulls tonight?
1* San Diego Toreros +5.5
This is Steve Lavins last game if they lose, so I think his guys play for him tonight. He's got a lot more experience in coaching in big gams than Stan Johnson does too. I've said before, and I'll say it again, beating a team 3 times in the same season when they have similar talent levels, is very hard. The Toreros lost the two regular season match ups. LMUs offense has been dreadful, and taking it to a foreign gym, doesn't make it any better.
