Louisville and Cincinatti struggle to score.  Cal is averaging over 70 pts per game.  I expect them to get around 60, no way USF will come within three of that.

Cal plays in a conference where there is no such thing as defense.  I'm not guarantee a win, but I put my money with the better defense
