wanted to know what the respected cappers are thinking, who do you guys got?? i like st johns ![]()
Too close to call. Huskies do have revenge factor but St.John's has a better resume and may be slightly better. High motivation though for BOTH teams. Could easily go either way, thus suggesting getting points may have some small value except Jackson (G; SJ) will play on a tender ankle so not sure now if any value is there at all....
PASS. Lots of other games on the docket for me; I don't need the stress of a coin-flipper.

@usikbasterd
UConn at home seeking revenge (3x series revenge), and revenge is even sweeter when it ends the opponents long win streak.
If UConn has a chance to run them out of the gym, they will.

St Johns about reached their limit. 13 straight wins. Would be surprised if St Johns wins the only question is how much they lose by imo. Hopefully they win or get smoked because if they win I LOVE Villanova getting points vs them next game

St John’s beat UConn earlier in the month,dominated Creighton ,Connecticut lost to Creighton, which really means absolutely nothing, but I do see a close game with the Huskies winning by 2 to 3 -the points look good and I like the fact that it’s the top pic of the number 1 person in streak Survivor

@Timealker
UConn owned the paint and shot 55% from the field in the first match up, including 47% from 3-point land. The reason why the Johnnies won was because they had 30 trips to the charity stripe and UConn only 12. I doubt we see a disparity this large tonight.

UConn had lost their most recent home game to Creighton, an utter disgrace since they were favored in that game by 15 points. Then Creighton visited St. John’s and got rolled by 29 points.
Therefore, since logic is the enemy of the sports bettor, that meant that UConn was going to win and cover over St. John’s tonight.
