wow i guess u guys see something in harvard that i dont...maybe im wrong but i just think vandy has way better athletes.
They are more athletic but athleticism will only take you so far. A more skilled basketball team will beat a more athletic team every time.
You obviously have not followed Harvard at all this year just by looking at your posts. We are talking about a team that is tremendous defensively and who are always in their proper sets. Take the ACC champs in Florida State for example. Do you which team this year held them to their lowest total in the past 3 years? It was Harvard, who held them to 41 points and beat them on a neutral court. Harvard also has proven their worth with very good victories on a neutral court against UCF, against Princeton, @ LMU, @ Vermont, and against Saint Joseph's. When it comes to Vandy's end, they have proven that they can be very inconsistent this year. Sure they have some good wins including over Kentucky, but they also lost at home to Indiana State, Mississippi State and Cleveland State, all teams inferior to Harvard.
Vandy may be a slight favorite but Harvard definitely worth a bet at the number they are given in my opinion. And THAT's why a lot of experts will bet on Harvard.

Very "intelligent" post, lol. i think i spelled that long word wrong. RobbyPark hit a lot of key info,.... The only thing IMO is that, When is look at all these teams,, All of them are very athletic but athleticism will only take you so far. A more skilled basketball team will beat a more athletic team every time. Every team is "athletic" and "skilled" I will take a Team that are peaking and playing very well TOGETHER, It takes 5 (3-5 bench) players to win a game. You could have 1 or no super star and still win da championship. Plus of course we all forgot to mention the Coaches. Another key part of a excellent team. Without that special coach, these kids have nothing...
