Miami (Ohio) stunned by UMass, but still projected in NCAA Tournament field

The RedHawks finished the regular season 31-0 and went 18-0 in MAC play.

Despite the loss, Miami (Ohio) is still projected to be in the field as an at-large team.

 Agreed.  There's 68 teams in the tournament.  A team that went 31-1 should be in.  Any under .500 power conference team that would be horse shoed into their place has no chance of doing much either.  So reward the team that had a historic season.

If a high school boys team went 31-0 because every game they only played the best WNBA team and then lost playing another high school boys team they should still be in the tournament
