Offensive efficiency ranking for both teams is about average, but defensive efficiency ranking is well below average for both (Northeastern 330/365 and NC A&T 305/365).  Couple those bad defenses with fast tempo rankings ((Northeastern 70/365 and NC A&T 118/365) and you have the makings of a good Over play.
