If the nba and ncaa will be played without crowds/fans, What will be the effect in terms of scoring, low scoring or high scoring or no effect?

It depends on the menality of the players, underdogs may be more confident scoring so I guess overs gonna hit.

It will be the same in terms of scoring, I just hope games won't be rigged.
