I just set up my account and I did not have a problem with United States as my country. Are you sure you selected your state?

quick question. what if you have 250 at the conclusion of the promotion. can you convert the 250 into real money and carry on? or would you have to deposit ? in my opinion, i rather leave the free money and convert it to real money so i wouldnt be charged for any withdrawal fee.

Had you guys but had to switch. Made a wager online it said review your wagers carefully after i hit submit. Upon review, i immideately called in (less than a minute later) and told them i placed an incorrect wager...told me it was nothing they can do.

ended up losing 250...

no problemo... just had to move on

Had to find a book that treats customers a little better

Fred Will hook you up on that.  Call him today in the afternoon.  He will refund the play based on my recommendation.  The rules about wager acceptance are for general usage and protection for all parties.  They can however be a tad robotic in application.  I prefer a more service oriented approch to things like this.
