Yes. Just take a look at the #'s from the first half of the Big West tourney. Lot of low production. There aren't too many teams scoring over 60.

Ahhhh, finally someone asks the $1.99 question. I don't want to share my complete system. But I have shared the jist of it with others.
If you know EC's half by half systerm, that's a good starting point. Our 1H system is pretty similar. If you don't know it, it's basically this:
- look at the 1H line and comparing it to the past few games (on the same court).
- make sure the lines set by the book are within 10 pts
- if the lines are within 10 pts and history shows that the games were low scoring (under the current 1H) you play the under
- and if history shows that it played over the current 1H line, you play the over.
So that's pretty similar to my system but I just add a few more elements to it. I just don't rely on those #'s. If I'm capping "right" I look at about 10 other things along with those #'s.
As for 2H - I believe EC does the same thing for the 2H as 1H. My 2H system takes into account past performance just like his does, but I have "rules" or bucket plays. I don't really want to get into it but I a lot of what I do depends on pace of game and efficiency and what the 1H total looks like compared to the overall line set for the game.
I know that doesn't completely answer your question, but I hope it sheds some light. My sides involve more "gut" and feel than totals.

Nev -2
Over 70.5 <------ does not fully meet the requirements of my system play. might want to play for a smaller amount.

Yeah, it gets crazy at times. I try to crunch #'s before the 2H lines are set. But cover's is slow on my computer and my book releases the lines slow at times.
BTW - you look crazy in your pix. I wouldn't want to f* with you. Take that shiz down. You make me feel like a lesser man.

I'm on CSUN +.5 1H
Under 61 1H.
The reason why I'm posting here is b/c
1) I was posting way too much on EC's thread. Didn't want people to think I was trying to hijack his thread. It was starting to look like that even to me.
2) While I would say about 75% of my plays are similar to his, there are still plays I'm opposite on. Some are winners and some are losers. But I just wanted to be able to post all my plays b/c I don't want to be the guy that comes back after a game is over and says I was on the other side and I won.
Hope you understand. And trust me, I'm still following EC and the rest of the boys. I would be a fool not to.

I'm not watching the game but looking at the #'s I'm seeing, it looks like the pace is great in the Utah St game, just the efficiency is crappy.
Anyone watching it? Any insights?
