VCU shot it awfully well against four of the best defenses in the country last year. A lot of it is going to depend on matchups, really. Florida has what I feel is the best back court in the country, and a bunch of role players that fit in nicely. They can score from anywhere.
Vandy's looking really good with Festus back.
I'd match Kentucky up anywhere with anyone on a neutral court. Young? Yes. But Cal coached teams are always young b/c they jolt for the NBA.
Bama's probably a reach. But they're physical inside, and the guards are much better than what they've shown. They aren't that bad offensively, it just appears that way with the types of defenses they have played and the style they play at.

I think Seton Hall definitely struggles to score tonight on the road against a good defense and a snail. Seton Hall's greatest strength is the defense it puts on the guards and forces them to use other outlets to score, but USF doesn't use it's guards all that much through the offense Heath uses. They'll force-feed the post and use their size to their advantage. Seton Hall was greatly exposed in the Syracuse game with the size in the post, and this is probably another one of those instances.
I'll be leaning USF and the Under more than likely.

I peak at Oddsbuster, Stuckey, Troe, Jfenn, Bluejaybuckets, Purduespride, Amd, Badlands, accventures(for terp games only).
Also beaver23 his system only takes a few moments to pick out the plays that fall in. One way I have been making many of my picks is pulling all of the games that fall into his range (usually quite a few) and then reading the other experts thoughts on those particular games. Only two fell in today South Florida and Canisius. Already on South Florida any thoughts on Canisus ?
After all of that I just take a peak at public betting trends, I really try to avoid any games where I believe the public is betting heavy the way I want to go.
Pretty much any title that sounds interesting I read but daily I watch for the above people.
I also avoid the over/unders, I just have not fared well with them, of my 17 loses probably 4-5 are over/unders out of only 7 or 8 or so played

The "power ratings" I use (which may be good fade material) have Canisius winning 77 - 75 over Marist and South Florida losing 59 - 58 to Seton Hall.
