@The_Land17 Pretty simple why nobody would do this. If you didn’t win you wouldn’t pay and disappear, if you won you’d hopefully get a sucker to pay you. I've been there. That shit's aight but it's kinda whack. It's kinda sad. That whole area is pretty fuckin busted but cool though. Cincinnati is fuckin busted but cool though.
