It was pretty much looking good for all but 4 minutes of the second half.

Thats the only way a team like Ucla covers against anybody because they dont have any legit scoring options.

Fading the public doesn't always work  UCLA owned this game from the beginning, E Wash screwed themselves with that stall ball tactics to start the game.

Yes and yes. UCLA is not going to win any tournaments, but they are not nearly as bad as people on covers make them out to be.

Who was fading the public? I was fading UCLA. I don't give a shit what side the public is one.

UCLA still blows. Eastern Washington is just, somehow, worse. and shooting 5-22 from beyond the arc didn't help their cause.

I stated they were not as bad as everyone on covers makes them out to be. Are they bad? Yes. Are they "not cover or lose to Eastern Washington bad?" No. That was my point. BOL

I was on Washington too. This was a tough loss because they had their chances and out rebounded them so badly but didn't hit their shots.

A lot of those rebounds were loooong 3's that kicked back out to the arc. Eastern Washington heaved up too many threes instead of slashing to the hoop and getting UCLA into trouble. Eastern Washington played too UCLA's strength which was a size advantage.
