Duke is 17.5 Point favorite against N. Carolina they are 24-6  Big rivalry here  Please 

tell me why I Shouldn't  take NC Plus  17.5

Not saying you shouldnt but Duke has revenge here so if they get a chance they will smoke UNC. And they have been blowing everyone out. Not touching but value on UNC. I dont think Caleb is playing either. Last game of year Im not fading Duke on a hot streak with revenge. Line is too high for and value though
