Duke is 17.5 Point favorite against N. Carolina they are 24-6  Big rivalry here  Please 

tell me why I Shouldn't  take NC Plus  17.5

Tar Heel's best player, Caleb Wilson, is not playing.  Revenge game for dook after UNC won first matchup of the year.   I'm a big UNC fan and I'm hoping for the best, but it could be a blowout.
