this hou/marist is questioning me a little bit. I know Marist certainly isnt as good as last yr with jordan but a 12 pt underdog??? I didnt see Hou yesterday so i really dont know to much about them but ive never even heard of them as being a good team. Marist players are all new which means they need to play together and more to get better, but is there something Im not understanding for 12points, yesterday miami were beasts from 3 and King shut them downlow, does HOU have a potent big mann??

Houston runs pretty much the same style of offense Miami run.
They'll shoot the 3.
However, this early in the morning, out of these kids normal routines, i gotta take the 12 points and hope that Marist is able to knock down some of the shots they missed yesterday.

houston does everything one on one a ton of isolation they hit some pretty lucky shots yesterday they are small too playing with four guards so i think marist matches up good but i do like houstons five seniors tough call not gonna play it the over might be the play

Neil its VOR101 here. I really like UM today against VCU. I think our (I graduated there) coach is really got our kids believing (unlike our football team) and their on a mission. I think our size is gonna bother a guard oriented team like VCU. ML seems like a good value bet. Whats your opinion?

Tough game in my opinion. Not sure if yesterday's showing was characteristic of Marist's pathetic defense or not. I will probably lay off w/ a lean to Miami having the better talent and athleticism.

Rhode Island has played some weak competition this year so far, but this offense can compete w/ any team in the nation, let alone a USF team who just lost at Buffalo I do believe. Have to lean to the Island of Rhode there.

Taking RI to strat off right....Last season, Baron decided to up the tempo with the amount of athletes he has at his disposal. The Rams increased their scoring by 13 PPG over the previous season. This year, they're off to a 2-0 start scoring 90 and 75 points, winning by 27 and 14. Jimmy Baron (coaches son), and Will Daniels are in a take-no-prisoners mindset right now. They're also receiving a big contribution from senior guard Parfait Bitee. Best thing about this squad is their ability to force teams into making mistakes. The Rams have forced their first two opponents into 45 turnovers while allowing just 28 assists. That is bad news for South Florida who will be at the bottom of the Big East as they are 0-2 to pretty poor teams and I don’t think they can execute well enough to beat the Rams in this spot They have an assist-to-turnover ratio in the red.
Useless trend: Going back to last season, the Bulls are 0-8 ATS.
