Leaning strong towards the Lions +18.5. St. Johns with a quick turnaround after flying back from the West Coast yesterday afternoon. Was at the St. Mary's game the other night and rewatched the game last night, Dwayne Polee Jr. is definitely the real deal and will be EXTREMELY good for them the next few years. I just don't think they get it done tonight as Columbia's head coach, Kyle Smith, was St. Mary's associate head coach for 9 years before coming to the Lions. Have to believe he's spoken with Randy Bennett on what things did and didn't work against the Johnnies.
I didn't see much of Columbia's first couple games, but do know they covered against their first real opponent LaSalle. Just think the combo of a quick turnaround and good insider knowledge will keep Columbia in it. Thoughts?

I was actually at Columbia's last game......they look like a totally different team with their new coach.....it seemed as if they shot 100%....i mean everyone was scoring even the bench......they have the predicted pre-season ivy league player of the year in Noruwa Agho who can score.....i will personally take columbia in a teaser at +26.5 in a teaser.....i just cant see st.johns after such a long trip coming home and beating columbia by 30

I like it grkwarrior...As a Gael alum thats watched our program blossom under Randy Bennett and the help of Kyle Smith, I guess you can call me a Lion fan now. I wish success upon any former coach thats helped us and will follow their season. Here's to the Lions covering tonight!
