Guess I should have been more clear, I had so much on the spread bet and the big parlay with the ML and over (although that ended up closer than I thought possible) that I was perfectly willing to hedge, the fact that it was a middle was just an added bonus.

Money in the bank OD, keep it up!!!

Too many to name to be completely honest. And i'm not saying this just cause I want to keep it to myself. When most people go to bed I stay up all night reading. I tend to have an average of 5 to 7 windows opened up when reading up on just one game. Google is a capper's best friend as you will eventually find a good sight you may like as time goes on. The bottom line for me is time, it's all about time which many everyday worker's don't have. Well this is my way of making money full time each winter. When my kids get older in the future I will be moving to Vegas one day...

Completely understand. Middle's are nice when they show their faces to us bettors but I look for middle's of a better variety. Although laying 7 in the second half may have set up a nice middle for teh overall relation to the full game the -7 was still a greater number in relation to the full game -8 that Siena was laying. So knowing that I couldn't trust Siena for the full game I wasn't willing to trust them to lay almost the same number in one half of basketball. I look for smaller number's in 2nd half's that still offer nice full game middle's....

I have run a concrete business for the past 10 years. Yet the pasy 6 years iv'e been posting here in the forums iv'e been slowly betting more and more each year building things up to a nature where I can wager enough to make a decent living off of yes. Iv'e been spending less time on the concrete business I have located in Detroit, Michigan and more time on this each year since i started posting here. So yes iv'e been making more than ends meat the past years doing this in CFB, NFL, CBB & NBA...

It would give the phrase of "like a kid in a candy shop" a new meaning. If it wasn't for my wife being a principal at a school here in northern Ohio or my kids at the ages of 4 and 5 I would already be there my friend. That day is coming one day down the road. But right now I do have to admit i enjoy the cozy confines of my office right in my home with the kids and wife around. (Sometimes I could do without the wife)...lol

That's where my day job comes in to play as i'm lucky enough to run a seasonal business as Concrete work here in the Northern states is a thing of the dead in the Winter month's. November through April are dead month's in the Concrete industry. So my time becomes widely available to this right here. Already brought in a new partner this past year for the concrete business so i could spend more time at home as I recently moved to Ohio from Michigan with teh wife and kids as my wife took a job offer to run a school here in Ohio. All my clients and connections are in the Detroit area so driving back and forth each day can be a drag just to see the kids. Although I still have my house in Michigan I hate being away from my kids daily let along weekly. I just use the house in Michigan as a cottage since it's on the St Clair river...

Hey odds, do you ever think about charging people for your info? Dont get me wrong, I greatly appreciate as many aspects as possible, but just wondering. Seeing that your pretty good at this, im surprised they havent tried to hire you as an "expert" and charge. Maybe they have. Or maybe you just have a philosphy like "wikileaks", free info for everyone. Just wondering

These 2 teams have covered just 1 time in 8 attempt's so far this season as books are currently struggling on setting number's in these 2 teams games. The market was not in favor of Fordham last season as they finished last year with a 5-16ats record while going a horrific 1-10su on the road. Fordham has actually created quite the fade meter for the recreational bettors of the world as they are 2-40su on the road since the start of the 07-08 season. Don't let those number's fool you too much as last season was expected to have growing pains as Fordham brought in a new head coach in Tom Pecora who was the head coach at Hofstra University for 9 years where he averaged 19 wins per season while there (2001-2010). Pecora took over this Forham team that was coming off of just a 2 win season the year before while failing to win one game on the road that season at 0-15. Fordham won 7 games last season overall which was actually an improvement on that horrific 2 win season and they have already notched 3 wins this season as his recruits are now getting some action out their to mesh with top scorer and top re-bounder from the last 2 seasons in Chris Gaston. Gaston is a forward who has averaged 11 rebounds per game in his first two years. This year he has 16 blocks already (2bpg) along with 9.3rpg while scoring 14.4ppg. I like the mixture that Pecora has with 2 seniors getting decent minutes from Alberto Estwick a guard averaging 21mpg & Kevin Bristol a nearly 7 footer center averaging 21mpg along with the 2 freshman talent's that Pecora brought in Byran Smith pg averaging 33mpg & Devon McMillan goard averaging 25mpg. 2nd year swing man Marvin Dominique (Another Pecora recruit) is a 6 foot 7 inch guard/forward who is starting to fit in more and more with each game out on the court. The bottom line here is, time is setting in for Tom Pecora, and in his 2nd year at Fordham they are in a great spot tonight as they head just 140 mile's north to take on a Siena  team who is in the midst of trying to figure out life without their top 2 players from last season in Ryan Rossiter & Clarence Jackson as those two accounted for 33.4ppg, 16.3rpg. To make matters worse the Saints are currently operating without their 3rd leading scorer from last season's team in Rakeem Brookins (out for the season with a back injury). Brookins was their point guard last season and leader in assists as he had 119 of them while averaging 9ppg. With the Saints on the decline and only having 3 wins this far over teams that have compiled just an 9-20 record i'm not sure this team is ready to handle covering the chalk of this magnitude. It's no secret that both of these teams will struggle for the most part of this season but I like the direction that Fordham is going in and I value the 8 point's in a game as the books continue to struggle on getting either one of these teams right number wise thus far. I have to believe they are wrong again and in the process we have an inflated number. I wouldn't be shocked to see a Fordham win tonight at the Times Union Center in New York...POD

Nice call and write up Odds.  Always good to see you on the same side.  Too bad I didn't pull trigger on ML as well :)
