The market is pricing this like another tight Ivy grinder, but that only shows up when Yale faces teams that can actually guard. Cornell isn't one of them. The Big Red sit near the bottom nationally in defensive efficiency, allowing 47.6% from the floor and 37.5% from three. That's a problem against a Yale offense shooting 49.8% overall and a ridiculous 41% from deep - best in the country. When these teams met in January, Yale hung 102. This matchup tilts towards efficiency, not drama. Laying four with the superior offense against a leaky defense is a number built on perception, not production.
