why do i continue to play here, I went to check my account to calculate the rollover amount or see if i could attempt calculating it and noticed that i did not have any bets pending when in all actuality i still should have had the portland u +3.5 or 250 pending from and if bet i placed in which the first bet won. I turned on the game on espn and there was 1 min 22 sec left however it was already graded as a loss. it was blowout anyways but its kind of shady that they will grade loses before there over but if it was the other way around and i won they would have never graded the win until it was officially over

Not a fan of their customer service. I asked for my FP last night, didn't get a response until tomorrow. Now this guy keeps trying to get me to deposit. I ask for the FP and he gives me the offer to deposit, I say no I'll just take the FP and he responds by saying this...
"yes you get 50 cash bonus up to 500 and 10 percent in freeplay for anything over 500....gl my friend"

betphoenix is a excellent book, I hope this is cleared up as I know bets are graded automatically and if a computer error graded a bet before the end of the game there could be tons of mistakes in the future. I have never experienced any problems at phoenix in the 8 months I have been there

I use betphoenix and they have been PERFECT so far. Easy withdrawals, they pay IMMEDIATELY after the game ends and have had no problems whatsoever. Customer service has been nothing but helpful whenever I had an issue with them. I don't get what the issue is. If they made a mistake on your wager they would of corrected it. I had a superbowl prop they graded as a loss by accident when it was actually a win. I called customer service and they corrected it within 5 minutes. Also, when they grade a game, they grade losing wagers and PAYOUT winning wagers at the same time, so the same would of happened if you were on the other end.
The key is simple. STOP accepting bonus's from these books. Is not worth the stress of dealing with the rollover. I took the 5% juice deal from them and it is far better then any bogus bonus.
