i have the same feeling. heres why baylor may cover even though they may not have as much fans... 1) theyve been through even rougher environments such as VTech and auburn in which teams in their conferences couldnt even do. 2) theyre loaded with senior leadership and are great under this kind of pressure. 3) they are talented all around, i think about 4-5 of them scoring average 10 ppg, not to mention they have terrific guard play. so you cant just stop one guy, like how PSU stopped Notre dame" harangody. why this game may go over... 1) Penn State has talent too, and they are not governed by one player. 2) guard play is key(psu has great guards as well) and points may come quicker running up and down the court, whereas some teams pound the inside with their big player. so i see this game not as slow tempo as some may think. 3) this is the final game and they both will go all out.
the bottom line is this, maybe PSU has the homecourt advantage, but i think it will come down to the game being tight at first, and baylor being the more experienced team will pull away. hopefully if they dont and its a tight game, then the over will come in.
