ANYONE ELSE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH BOOKMAKER

I got an email from BM promising a 100% match for any deposit. When I deposited my funds I got 15%.I emailed them to complain and have been getting the run around.  I tried withdrawing my money and they are refusing to pay out. 

Zero issues with Bookmaker. Then again, I have not taken a bonus in over a decade. Withdrawals every Monday and receive my money within a couple of hours.

Ditto   not sure how they handle bonus 

They are refusing to give my money back until I spend $1500 .

typically these places offer a deposit that rides on you betting a certain amount times that deposit bonus number.  For example, if the deposit bonus is $100, you may have to bet 10x that deposit number in wagers for them to make that $100 bonus money liquid to you.  So in this example you wouldn't get that $100 until you made $1k in wagers (10 x $100)

I don't know the situation but it sounds like you may have missed some fine print.  Also this is why you shouldn't really bother with these bonus deals.  Rarely is it worthwhile, just from the standpoint of having your funds tied up.  I mean unless you have no issues with the cash sitting there.  IDK, I just don't like the structures or details behind them so I never bother with them.  Nothing in life is free.

sounds like you just wanted to get your full bonus and you don't mind betting within their parameters before you withdraw, right? but because you didn't get the full match, you want to take the funds out and now they're keeping the parameters in place even though they didn't match your deposit. how much did you deposit? they usually have a limit of how much they'll match. my advice would be head over to SBR. they'll file a claim and report, get in contact with bookmaker, and figure out a solution for you. have them do the hard work.

i will say this, bookmaker is one of the best in the business. they take VERY large bets, welcome all sharp bettors, and are not worried about something as little as 1500 bucks. so there's just gotta be a little confusion on their end. have SBR handle it

 You’re wasting everyone’s time by filling a complaint prematurely. Bookmaker will not cheat you for that amount. Have you tried chatting with customer support first to resolve your issue?  Remember that if you accepted a bonus, there is a rollover amount you have to meet before you can withdraw.
