Back for another year of college basketball and the Nerd System at work.
First off, most of you know that I'm an Iowa Homer....but I love money more and have cashed in alot on Iowa football this year and basketball over the past few years.
This is the year I've been waiting for....year #3 under McCaffery and he has his athletes to play his system. Iowa has had a great recruiting class over the past 2 years, and specifically this year.
Wichita St is starting the year struggling from the perimeter and overall not scoring like a typical Shockers team. Iowa is not shooting exactly lights out, but their defense has been a huge surprise early on....albeit they haven't played anyone.
Aaron White is the real deal as we saw his freshman year, Iowa is deep but still a little young, but they are more athletic than most people think is possible in Iowa
Iowa is my play tonight and confirmed this with the Nerd stats...but I'll be honest, I would play Iowa regardless right now.
