In a similarly very good conf, Terps were just 12 - 10.
Home game for Bama -- where they are 12 - 0 ....plus 3 wins recently on neutral court all vs teams of about the same calibre as Maryland, except tonight's game will be a home game...
Terps on the road in conf just 1 - 9.... 2 - 1 on neutral floor where the 10 pt loss was to Indiana and one of the 2 neutral court wins was to weakass Minnesota, then a very narrow 2 pt win over West Va....

2:02 left and the timeout effectively should end the TEXAS run to take a 3 pts lead.........NOW, anybody's game....

Well this sucks.....Bama with 7 pt lead.....and one player (F: Clowney, tied for top rebounds on either team) limps off with a rolled ankle.......not sure this key player returns - who also avgs 10 ppg .....lucky break for Twerps if he doesn't ....or if he tries to play hobbling in pain....
Keep in mind, their #1 scorer is playing with a very tender groin strain (painful)....

I notice that while this is a home game for Bama, just from the loudness of the cheering it seems as if the fans of Maryland are at least 1/3 of the crowd. I misjudged this in my pregame analysis figuring it would be the usual 90% homies.....Not as much a homecourt edge for Bama

Housekeeping..... errors recording my results:
After posting 7 - 0 on Thursday March 9, I was 88 - 43 (with 64 - 23 *BB)
March 11: Vermont and Purdue wins, I was 90 -43 (with 64 - 23 *BB)
March 12: no MENS bets
March 13: no MENS bets
March 14: Michigan *BB win and Liberty win = 92 - 43 (with 65 - 23 *BB)
March 15: 3 wins and 2 losses (one was -575) = 95 - 45 (with 65 - 23 *BB)
March 16: no MENS bets
March 17: Baylor *BB, UCONN *BB, KY wins = 98 -45 (with 67 - 23 *BB)
at end of Friday, March 17
I had errantly forgotten to add the March 11 winners.
I also errantly added the 1 - 2 WOMENS results into my MENS.
So 98 -45 (with 67 - 23 *BB) entering March 18 is now corrected.
