Initially I wanted to take Edmonton before the line came out thinking that the Eskimos would win this by 14 or more [ And they still might.] But out of 7 wins this year they have only won 1 game by more than 7 points. This is a perfect game to tease in my opinion. If the Argos can't put up a fight against their rivals from Hamilton.....they won't this week either.
6 1/2 pt. teaser ; Edm - 1 Sask. + 7 1/2
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sask is also a great teaser bet here. I see this as a low scoring game that is decided late in the 4th quarter. It's supposed to be a rainy day with 30 kil winds. Sask defence has allowed an average of 209 yards per game over the last 3 ....Hamilton has allowed 402. When Hamilton is in second and long the Riders blitz most of the time and the Ti-cats will have a hard time converting or adjusting.
The Ti-Cats gotta figure they still have a shot next week to make the playoffs as long as Winnipeg loses this week in Montreal...and they should. IMO.
Sask - Ham. Under 55.
I have been riding the Lions the last 4 weeks and watched them winning or covering each time with smoke and mirrors. They did not deserve a 3-1 record over that time. Time to get off the BC bandwagon.
Calgarys defence has given up an average of 262 yds over the last 3 games.....BC 379 in that period.
Calgary has won the last 6 in this matchup.
Calgary - 1 1/2
Good Luck
nice start to week with edmonton rolling last night. I like the green riders myself, both clubs will have there playoff fates awarded next weekend but this game is still important, more so for hamilton as edmonton is lurking as a crossover possibility. A riders win would also insure they finish no worse than second and would still have a home playoff date if they were to lose to the stamps next week. I see a sask win here. more talent on both sides of the ball riders +1 -113 to win 1.5 units, gl with your plays
