I'm leaning heavy on the Lions and the OVER.
I figure BC was a bit rusty on the passing attack and will light it up this time. BC's defense is gonna be very good this year, providing they stay healthy.
The Lions know there offense wasnt great last week and they still won with this very good defense and the pressure they put on the QB.
The total is gonna be real close, so I went over. I see a few turnovers from Sask and maybe BC that will mean more points on the board. BC will get 4 TD's themselves, maybe more.

Seems to me like there is alot of IFs and BUTs (Maybe not buts, but it was rhetorical.) Also there is contradicative idealogy in your post. Figuring the BC pass is rusty does not provide enough evidence that they will be un-rusty this second week. Until proven otherwise. BC defense is very good so you take the under because you are banking on 4tds from BC and turnovers from SASK?

Firstly, theres not much to say about Sask..They simply are not that good IMO. So, BC should be able to move the ball on em and score points. This is all dependent on Printers at QB and how much he improves from last week. The run game looks fine.
I am no fortune teller, Of course I dont know how the BC offense will play in this game. They've had a good week of practice to get the rust out, you'd think.
The BC defense should get the Offense some decent field position. Taking some pressure off the QB.
On the other side of the field. What makes you think Sask. is any better? what is to like? They had to come back to win the game last week. If they get down in this game it will really tough to come back this time.
