On a side note. My Carolina neighbor to the north Calvin Brock got the job done, but in sloppy fashion against journeyman Alex Gonzalez. He won a semi-close UD and was knocked down in the 3rd round; not exactly what you want to see in his comeback to a meaningful fight as a 60-1 favorite.

Briggs tanked this fight.

He was a giant compared to Iggy.

Iggy couldn't hurt him...all he had to do was THROW SOME FRIGGING PUNCHES!

I loved when his corner said "You GOT him"!

And then Briggs waving his arms in the air like he wonthe fight.

What an asshole

Dang it!
WhatTF is up w/ Cally Brock getting sat down by a bum??? Well; at least Cally won. All of my people on the ATL.seaboard told me over & over how "o-ver-ra-ted" (clap-clap-clapclapcalp) Cally really was. Reads like they were right. I should have listened more when he fought Wlad. Though Cal.Brock will get another Title look at some point. Kinda an uncrowned Hasim Rahman. (1 punch wonder I mean)

The Eagle soared home for a Land of the Rising Sun closer. Reads like a near clean sweep; including 1 KD.
