The haterade of Oscar De La Hoya in here is laughable. Is he a top P4P boxer of all time? No. Is he an all time great that fought basically everybody and was in every fight against the best of his generation? Absolutely, and he didn't have to fight those people either.

PULLA: I agree. Oscar ducked no one. His major downfall was moving up in weight to generate bigger fights. I give him credit for that. At lightweight he was a beast. His jab tore opponents apart. When he moved up, he had little power even at welterweight. If he had opponents and could stay lightweight, I feel he could have been a pound-for-pound great. He had speed, size, monster jab and great intellect. At that weight I would take him over almost any lightweight. I'm not a hater, he helped revive boxing through great promotion and hard work, maybe more than anyone ever in the sport!

HALLINGGOL: RJJ was incredible, unfortunately he had little talented opposition. Same for Tyson in his prime, he never got to fight a Lennox Lewis or Evander Holyfield at his best. He fought many average fighters, and sadly they were the champs. Pinklon Thomas was maybe the best he fought at his prime before losing to Douglas. Frank Bruno was a decent Heavyweight. Ruddock was one handed and one dimensional.
