My name is Peter, the Community Manager at Cloudbet bitcoin sportsbook and casino (https://bit.ly/2q45aic), the new sponsors of the Covers Forum. As such I want to introduce myself, and the Cloudbet brand.
I am guessing that you are in this section because of an interest in bitcoin betting. Back in 2013 Cloudbet became one of the first online sportsbooks to start accepting bitcoin for deposits, withdrawals and bets.
Interest in bitcoin has grown exponentially since then, and we now have customers in over 100 countries. We are working with Covers to try and introduce the benefits of using bitcoin for betting to a wider audience.
Without going heavy on the product-sell Cloudbet have some of the most competitive odds and highest limits among bitcoin sportsbooks; we have a very wide range of in-play markets and we welcome new customers with a 100% match deposit bonus up to 5 bitcoin.
I can see plenty of lively discussion within the forum on bitcoin, but this new section brings it all into one place. I am interested to hear of your experiences of bitcoin sportsbooks and your opinions on crypto in general.
I'd be happy to answer any questions.

Today Cloudbet.com are crediting qualifying players who held bitcoin in their player accounts at the time of last year's fork with an equivalent amount of bitcoin cash (BCH). We are the first bitcoin sportsbook and casino to honour the bitcoin cash fork in this way.
So if you have a Cloudbet account, and had a bitcoin balance on August 1st, 2017, expect a nice windfall. Log in now to check your balance.
Full details here: bit.ly/2Jp53pR
At the same time we have also launched bitcoin cash betting, so if the fork doesn’t impact you, you can still take advantage of our great odds and high limits to bet with bitcoin cash (or bitcoin). bit.ly/2q9SxlT
May the fork be with you!

i have inquired about a goodwill bonus with you guys for over two weeks now. Audrey used to get back to me in a timely fashion however now it seems she has either taken a leave or no longer responds to emails. Your customer service has given me the same generic response for two weeks now. It’s a tad frustrating now to be able to get straight answer as to why things have suddenly changed. Would you be able to advise what is going on? Thanks in advance

Thanks, let’s see if that’s the case, I’ve been told that numerous times. I will check back later today to see if I have received a response and update accordingly.

The customer support at cloud bet is def not on my top 5 list. No more live chat, and this is the same generic answer they have been giving me for close to three weeks:

I’m Ronnie, and I’ve recently joined the team at Cloudbet as Social and Community Manager.
Most of my previous experience comes from the gaming world, with a little bit of licensing and consumer rights thrown in for good measure. Although my primary focus will be on growing our social media channels and planning content/events to keep our players engaged, I’ve also spent some time in the past working in the customer support sector, so I’m looking forward to helping out where I can with any problems that may arise via social media, Reddit, and of course, here on Covers.
Cloudbet has been growing in leaps and bounds over the last few months, due in no small part to the introduction of bitcoin cash to our sportsbook and casino betting options, as well as improvements to our UI, expanded sports coverage, and even more live casino games. With this growth has come an investment in the organisation, expanding key teams to better serve our burgeoning community and providing a more complete service to our players.
We’ve got an exciting summer ahead with the World Cup and other big events on the calendar, and we have some amazing offers and events in store for you all, so stay tuned to our for the latest news and updates.
Have a great day!

i knew 5 bitcoin bonus for 5 bitcoin deposit was too good to be true. its just a way to steal your money.
