P. Since I quit drinking 3 weeks ago and starting working out more, I never really sleep more than 4 hours at a time. I use to work out 4 or 5 days a week. Now I work out everyday. Probably in the best shape of my life. The slight scare from the Doc, and the life-style change has turned me into a machine. I feel like I'm on top of the world. MMA was so-so last night. Some of the fellas are still sleeping. I do not think you follow MMA though, do you? Are you a boxing fan?

I love that movie. Last night during the rain delay ( TENNIS ) while I was running I watched Man on Fire, another movie in my top 10. I just broke up with my girl. I'm 38, but look like I'm 28. I really enjoy working out. I have spent 40,000 to turn my basement into a gym. Nothing like a break-up to snap me into ridiculous work-out routine.
