Should a 40 and 49 point win against New Mexico and Texas State support this enormous chalk. I&#x27;d hardly call blowing out a bottom WAC team and a mediocre Sub Division team impressive. This is practically the same defense that ranked 114 th in the country last year. Third straight year with a different defensive coordinator. Five out of their 8 wins last year were by 10 points or less. I&#x27;m discounting blowouts versus New Mexico and Weber st in 2010. The Wolf pack lost Kaepernick to the Nfl but posses a formidable ground attack. They will easily rack up the yards on the ground versus the Red Raiders control the time of possession and easily stay within 3 touch downs. Nevada looking to Boise next week. Oregon put 70 pts up on the Pack. Doege 81.8% pass completion for TT and the running game aint to shabby. Numbers point to a TT beatdown...25&#x2B;

Nevada played Oregon and Tech padded their stats vs Texas St and New Mexico. Can't make comparisons versus strength of oppenents.

If anthing after Nevada losing Kapernick I am impresses the offense is rolling.

With a 5 point swing I was thinking of trying to middle this game, but I'll stick with Wolfpack +21

Yeah Nevada had 500&#x2B; yards against Oregon. Oregon also pulled their QB (Thomas) after 3 quarters and he had thrown for 6 TD&#x27;S at that point. I don&#x27;t know if TT will put up 70&#x2B; pts on the pack but I think they should cover cause I dont think the pack got better in pass defense.....

I took Tech, but don&#x27;t love it. I have been to games in Lubbock at the Jones on Saturday night and they can get out of control. If Nevada gets down by 2&#x2B; td&#x27;s early on, then it might be a blow out. Tech has played weak teams, but also let up on New Mex last week. Their first game they started slow, but threw it down in the 2H. Also their new def coordinator came from TCU and they are playing a new system that has been great. I don&#x27;t see this being an easy cover on either side as it will come down to whether Nev can get a back door to only lose by 17 insead of 24. &#xD;&#xA;I took Tech -16.5, but not for much. I respect your opinion dimes follow you a lot just never really post. This Nevada team is not like past years. Unfortunately I am a San Jose State fan by way of living here, but saw this Nevada team last week and was not impressed 1 bit. San Jose State had a terrible game and still only lost by 3. I think State switched QB&#x27;s like 6 times and still hung on to almost pull it out. I see the line movement and it does scare me a little, but I just think TT lays it on them. Just my opinion. GL

Nevada is flat out AWFUL; and the line started at 15.5 and was played to 21 and now its being bought back; early big line movement is always sharps playing and even now with the line moving back is sharps trying to play both sides; public plays most of their games on late Friday and Saturday; I wouldn&#x27;t lay a nickel on Nevada and the game is at Tech. Tech defense is never that great but when you score 50 you dont have to have the best defense to cover 3td; I have 16; GL

Nevada put up 17 points against SJST even when SJST turned the ball over 3 times. I got suckered last week by the wolfpack. Texas Tech has played creampuffs but they have a strong O-line and a very accurate qb. I would lean towards Texas Tech in this match-up.
