the fan was reaching to his left.

And the fan was in fair territory.

I thought it was very close. Unfortunate there was no camera angle looking at the top to see where the ball passes, but making judgement on a HR to left field with a camera angle from behind 1st base makes things really difficult. My opinion is that they need more cameras added to ballparks to get a better perspective when reviewing HRs.
