Not a bad line. A lil on the steep side but it is in Denver and the Rockets doing the travelin'.
Will we see -8? Or could it move the other way after the Rockets' performance against the Pistons?
Its crazy how one team can look so bad one day only to look like champions against another team a few days later. Rockets were really bad against the Raptors.
In that case, this is just another good situation for fading a road team coming off a blow-out win and playing the back-end of a back-to-back.

back-end of a back To back in denver.....those are "don't forget to circle me on the schedule' types of game.
houston is the scrappiest, over-achieving group in the nba so it would not surprise me to see them cover, but my money will be on denver as soon as i get a line

even more reason in my book, the suspicious 'excuse' many coaches and players love to use is 'it will take time get the feel back, get to know your teammates, achieve game shape' etc etc etc
having yao back would only add incentive for me in denver's capability to run the rockets out of the gym
one more point is adelman's bitching about the decemeber schedule for the rockets, seen here

i cant see the line moving more than a point either way, but i do see it goin up......i would lean denver, but houston so damn scrappy this year, but also a tough spot for them.
denver kinda due for a dominating night and i think its a tough matchup for houston.
but that might be the line gettin in my head....why cant hou win this game? denv has looked vulnerable the past week or 2...value in taking the points.
k im done confusing everyone

wtf are you guys talking about? yao is out for the season, mcgrady played 7 minutes n the first half of todays game.
forgot about yao, but my take is t-mac will still mess up a good thing ... he logged alot of miles in the years in orlando and is done imho - i wouldnt mind seeing a 123-102 type of game considering how flat the nuggets have been lately

I think I am going to fade the Rockets on the second leg of every one of their next 4 back to backs. Adelman doesn't seem to believe his team is up for it, considering the bitching he's been doing. I agree that his team got screwed, but thats not really the type of confidence I like to see out of the coach of a team I'm going to back. Prime Fade Spot will be when they travel to Fl for the Magic. The Magic chalk will probably be 12.5, if not more.....

This, khenson, is an example of bettors who know jack shit about the sport. There are those of us who watch almost every game, and then there are those who can't tell Nate Robinson from Dwight Howard. Can't blame 'em. Just is.
