Zimmerman is clearly stalking Martin and had been for QUITE SOME TIME. Stalking him for so long that Martin takes off running. Zimmerman then leaves his SUV and start running after him ( you can hear him breathing heavier and wind). The dispatcher then goes are you following him and Zimmerman replies YES.... The dispatcher then tells him that is not needed and Zimmerman says Ok but then continues to follow.
And you are taking Zimmerman's side when he has been in trouble with the law before and his dad is an ex judge or something. I am sure Zimmerman has never been taught by his father what to say and what not to say when you get in trouble.
And why do you believe Zimmerman's take and not the GF of Trayvon who was on the phone with him while the whole incident took place?
I don't necessarily believe Zimmerman's take. But Martin isn't around to testify now is he?
And didn't the confrontation happen by the SUV? If that's the case, how could Zimmerman be following him the whole time if he's next to his SUV....was he dragging it behind him with a rope?
The bottom line is, what is important is what exactly happened once the scuffle started. And I don't know how you're going to be able to prove anything with the evidence that has been put out there so far. If Zimmerman says Martin threatened to kill him and has injuries corroborate that (I am withholding judgment until the report comes out), then the case if going to be near impossible to win. How is the prosecution going to prove that Martin didn't threaten to kill him? If Zimmerman barely has any scratches, they have a chance.
All I'm saying is this case has reasonable doubt written all over it. I will admit, the more I've been reading and listening to different things, the more I think Zimmerman was certainly capable of committing manslaughter.

He is the neighborhood watch in the same situation I would ask why the kid was there on a school day as well.
911 told him he shouldn't confront him. Call 911 telling them someone is in your house and your kids are in the other room. They would tell you not to confront them so they aren't liable.
He was afraid for his life? I wasn't there don't know what happened, but neither were you and he has a witness confirming his side of the story. Unfortunately Trevyon is dead and can't tell his side.
He still doesn't have a record no matter how many times you repeat it. It won't become true sorry.
The bold is wrong. I believe in Oklahoma in the past year a woman called police someone was in her house and she told them she had a gun. I believe the dispatcher told her she had the right to defend herself.
I believe the outcome was her shooting the intruder.

He was following him. Just listen to the phone call the evidence is right there and Zimmerman tells police he is following. Zimmerman then says Martin is running and you hear Zimmerman start running after him. Unless you can run while driving an SUV well that is supernatural and if you have supernatural powers then an unarmed teen is not possible in causing you death.
I can tell someone I am going to kill them but you have to prove that threat is credible and I have the ability and means to go through with that threat.
Also in the video that was released from 35 minutes after the shooting, showing Zimmerman, there is evidence that goes against Zimmerman's story. Without even talking about injuries. First off if Zimmerman had broken his nose and had cuts/ gashes there would be blood on his clothing, I SEE ZERO. Secondly it was said Martin was on top of Zimmerman beating him and Zimmerman shot him and thats why Martin's body was face down at the scene. That would mean the shot was at extremely close range... There would be a lot of blood from a gunshot wound to the chest, yet there is none on Zimmerman when Martin was supposedly on top of the guy.
Also do you know what getting hit across the head with a gun would do? It will knock you out and eliminate an unarmed threat and allow you to get into a power position to subdue the person until police arrive.
I've also been reading reports saying there is actually NO EYEWITNESSES who saw the whole incident. So what is it, are there people who saw the sequence of events or did hte witnesses just hear the squabble/cry for help/gun shot and they are reporting from that point forth?
Still a lot of unanswered questions and information that needs to be released. I have said from the beginning Zimmerman should be charged with manslaughter. Whether that is involuntary or voluntary is up to the police department.

Also the police better do a gun residue check on the chest of Martin. That will give an indication/more definitive answer if hte gun shot was at close range.
If it was not at close range there is another inconsistency in Zimmerman's story.

zimmerman will go to jail, trayvon will still be dead and i still really wont give a shit in the next few months.
if this fuckin' zimmerman guy is the President of the Neighborhood Watch, younger, and on "the beat" with his 45 looking for shit all the time it was only a matter of time until he got it. I'm sure he talked down to the kid and asked him some shit that was none of his business...
Anyway treyvon likely responded with a smart ass fuck off etc and it was on...
box zimmerman should have beat him with the gun or shoot him in the leg or foot no vital organs moron.
