Paige Bueckers has recorded eight assists in two straight games, taking advantage of additional playmaking responsibilities with Jessica Shepard (5.2 apg) sidelined.
Over the last two games with Shepard injured, Bueckers’ 27.9 Usage Percentage ranks sixth among players averaging 25+ minutes.
Bueckers has dished at least six assists in 56.3% of her games this season, and with Shepard out again tonight, she’ll reach 7+ against an Indiana Fever team that’s surrendered the fourth-most assists to opposing guards.
This line should be priced closer to -120, making it a steal at plus-money odds.

Neither team’s recent form gives me confidence to bet the spread or the total, so I’ll take the moneyline. At -310, this isn’t a profitable straight wager, but it’s a nice addition to a parlay that features Bueckers’ plus-money assist prop. Indiana is 11-5 SU as the home favorite, and the Dallas Wings are 3-5 as the road dog.
Aliyah Boston has been phenomenal at home, averaging 19.4 and scoring 17+ in 12 of 16 contests at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. With Jessica Shepard sidelined, Boston has little frontcourt resistance and a clear path to another big game, playable to 19.5.
