Expert WNBA moneyline picks for August 20

Fever vs Wings pick: Indiana Fever

Kalshi probability: 60%

Rack up on medicine because here come the Indiana Fever!

Indiana comes in blazing, riding a five-game winning streak and victories in 10 of their last 12 games. Their perimeter dynamic duo of Kelsey Mitchell — who just set the WNBA single-season record with her 20th straight 20-point performance, by the way — and Caitlin Clark continues to overpower perimeter defenses.

Meanwhile, the Dallas Wings are trending in the opposite direction & have dropped seven of its last nine, struggling with efficiency and depleted backcourt depth due to Azzi Fudd's absence.

Having already handled Dallas 98-87 last Friday, expect Indiana’s balanced scoring and momentum to carry them to a road win.

Dream vs Sparks pick: Atlanta Dream

Kalshi probability: 79%

The Atlanta Dream are on a roll with not much slowing them down throughout their recent 9-3 run especially coming off a statement 97-82 road victory over the Aces where Angel Reese dominated with 21 points and 10 rebounds alongside Rhyne Howard’s 23 points.

Conversely, the Los Angeles Sparks are on a downward spiral after falling into 2-11 slide following the trade of Kelsey Plum.

Compounding matters, LA faces significant frontcourt shortfalls with Cameron Brink sidelined.

Expect Atlanta's elite interior defense and transition offense to exploit Los Angeles' depleted rotation and secure a comfortable road victory.

Sun vs Aces pick: Las Vegas Aces

Kalshi probability: 81%

No shade, but a blind man could see that this is the mismatches of all mismatches at this point of the season due to starkly divergent trajectories and major differences in frontcourt depth.

The Las Vegas Aces are hungry to get back into the win column after back-to-back losses from heavyweight contenders in the Lynx and Dream. And unfortunately for their next opponent, the Connecticut Sun are on the menu to feast on some Vitamin D.

The Sun have collapsed over the second half of the season, dropping nine of their last eleven games while ranking near the bottom of the league in offensive rating.

With Connecticut's depleted rotation unable to slow down Las Vegas in the paint, expect the Aces to control the tempo and secure a decisive victory.
